Your mission is to strengthen our payments engine by integrating AI-driven advancements and scaling resilient, distributed systems that move hundreds of millions daily., Leadership & Strategy * Strategic Oversight: Manage the activities of specific teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring execution aligns with functional strategy and business trends. * Team Development: Responsible for performance management, professional development, and hiring to optimize team capability within budget. * Resource Allocation: Independently determine approaches to daily operations and resource management to support multiple product lines.
