Requisitos:Formación y experiencia en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.Nivel alto de inglés para comunicación habitual con equipos internacionales.Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Word, Excel y PowerPoint.Experiencia previa en entornos industriales.Capacidad de comunicación y trabajo con clientes, operarios/as y mandos intermedios.Orientación al cliente y habilidades de coordinación.Disponibilidad para atender necesidades puntuales fuera del horario habitual cuando la actividad lo requiera.Se valorará:Experiencia como encargado/a, jefe/a de equipo o supervisor/a industrial.Conocimientos técnicos que permitan comprender procesos productivos y operativos.Experiencia en coordinación de actividades empresariales, seguridad industrial o HSE.Capacidad para asumir responsabilidades operativas y dar soporte a la gestión de planta tras un periodo de formación.
