## About the Role

* Experience as a Service Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service management role.
 * Solid experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments with distributed teams.
 * Hands-on knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL / ITSM.
 * Ability to interpret operational metrics, identify deviations and turn data into decisions and action plans.
 * Experience managing relationships with technical, operational and senior leadership stakeholders.
 * Strong communication, prioritisation and judgement when handling escalations.
 * Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
 * Experience working with Generative AI technologies and tools, integrating AI capabilities into development workflows or applications.
 * Familiarity with AI-assisted coding environments and developer productivity tools.
 * Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants will be highly valued.

It will be a plus if you have experience in

 * Technology projects in healthcare, insurance or other regulated sectors.
 * Nearshore delivery models or international teams.
 * Global technology supplier management.
 * Operational optimisation, automation or process transformation initiatives.
 * Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.

## Description

* Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor model.
 * Prepare, facilitate and moderate service management ceremonies, including daily sessions, weekly meetings and regular service reviews.
 * Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality, demand progress and key operational indicators.
 * Manage risks, incidents, dependencies and escalations, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the appropriate decision-making level.
 * Drive service governance and support the operational leadership function.
 * Coordinate supplier management processes, service requests and collaboration with PMO, controlling and administrative teams when needed.
 * Produce clear, actionable executive reporting on performance, progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
 * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects, such as the evolution of identity and access management processes for external resources.
