You combine a strong process mindset, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities with a solid understanding of asset management tooling and IT landscapes. The team You will join the asset management cluster within the Global Investments Tribe, working on our shared investment distribution & manufacturing platforms across markets. Our distribution platform integrates front-end customer journeys (mobile & wen) with back-end systems. And our asset management platform enables ING Group to manufacture and manage proprietary investment products such as Mutual funds. We operate in a complex, international environment, with: * Strong focus on end-to-end (E2E) investment processes * Continuous integration of Aladdin capabilities into the ING ecosystem * High collaboration between Asset Management, Investment specialists from the Investment Center, IT, and Product teams * A clear ambition to scale globally and onboard new countries The culture is hands-on, collaborative, and delivery-focused, with a strong ownership mindset. Roles and responsibilities As a CJE for Aladdin, you play a key role in translating business needs into effective solutions leveraging Aladdin and the broader IT landscape.
