## About the Role

Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau, een afgeronde ICT-opleiding en aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft 365 en moderne werkplekoplossingen. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar je zelfstandig projecten uitvoert en klanten als sparringpartner adviseert. Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en je hebt een rijbewijs B. Kennis van Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune en Entra ID neem je mee, en affiniteit met security en compliance is een mooie aanvulling. Heb je daarnaast Microsoft-certificeringen op zak (zoals MS-102, MD-102 of SC-300) of ervaring met PowerShell en governance- of adoptievraagstukken? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen, maar bovenal zoeken we iemand met de ambitie om zichzelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen.

Als Microsoft 365 Consultant bij Connectworks help je klanten bij het implementeren, optimaliseren en beheren van hun Microsoft 365-omgeving. Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team van consultants en specialisten, begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat moderne werkplekken veilig, beheersbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk worden ingericht. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de techniek alleen: je begrijpt hoe mensen samenwerken, welke risico's organisaties lopen en hoe Microsoft 365 daar een concrete oplossing voor biedt.

* Implementeren en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365-oplossingen zoals Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive en Exchange Online.
 * Inrichten en beheren van Microsoft Intune en moderne werkplekken.
 * Ontwerpen en implementeren van beveiligingsoplossingen binnen Microsoft 365 en Entra ID, inclusief Conditional Access, MFA, device compliance en identity management.
 * Adviseren van klanten over governance, adoptie, security en samenwerking.
 * Ondersteunen bij migraties naar Microsoft 365 en verkennen van nieuwe oplossingen zoals Microsoft Copilot.
 * Automatiseren van processen met PowerShell en Microsoft-tooling.
 * Opstellen van technische documentatie en standaarden, en signaleren van verbeterkansen die je zelfstandig oppakt.
