## About the Role

* 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
 * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN).
 * Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently onsite.
 * English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred

 * CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft, or similar certification.
 * Experience working in corporate IT environments.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and basic user administration.
 * English and Dutch

 * Flexible, project-based work.

 * Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users.
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
 * Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
 * Configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
 * Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations.
 * Set up workstations for new employees.
 * Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Escalate complex technical issues when required.
 * Document completed work accurately and professionally.
