Any field is welcome: computer science, design, psychology, business and others. * Have first exposure to product management, agile ways of working or project coordination, whether through an internship, a working student role or your own projects. * Structured and reliable: You keep track of details, follow up without being asked, and are comfortable being the person who knows where things stand. * Are a confident communicator who enjoys working with different people and is not shy about asking questions or chasing an answer. * Are genuine interest in tech and AI products. You follow how the space is developing and are curious about what it takes to build AI features that actually work for users. Hands-on experience is welcome but not required. * are fluent in English; German is a plus. ## Description We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our Product Management on an AI product in the area of mental health/performance. This is a hands-on, operational role: you will take on product owner tasks day to day and work directly with the Product Lead to keep the team organised and moving. If you want to understand how a product team actually runs (how requirements get written, how stakeholders stay aligned, how the work gets from an idea to a shipped feature), this is a role where you will see all of it up close rather than from the outside.
