## Description

* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmensverbund
 * Administration von Windows Servern und Windows-Clients
 * Betreuung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software, einschließlich Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Backup-Lösungen und Zutrittskontrollsystemen
 * Verwaltung von Nutzerrechten, Benutzerkonten und Softwarelizenzen
 * Administration der ERP-Systeme ProAlpha und Infor sowie von SQL-Datenbanken
 * Beschaffung von Hard- und Software entsprechend interner Anforderungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients, Netzwerkkomponenten und Druckern
 * Anwenderbetreuung sowie Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
