## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt SD und/oder CS (ca. 3-5+ Jahre)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP Customizing sowie gutes Verständnis für Prozesszusammenhänge

 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Lösungen im Bereich Sales & Service mit Fokus auf SD/CS
 * Durchführung von Customizing sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Fachbereichen als zentrale Ansprechperson
 * Analyse und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen sowie Umsetzung von Anforderungen im System
 * Mitwirkung an internationalen Projekten, insbesondere im S/4HANA-Umfeld
 * Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Key User
