## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise 5+ Jahre) in der IT- oder Digitalberatung mit Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse, CRM-, Service- oder Business-Applications-Lösungen
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 (z. B. Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) sowie der Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
 * Starke Moderations- und Strukturierungsfähigkeit (Workshops, Anforderungsanalysen, Roadmaps) sowie analytische Herangehensweise zur Priorisierung und Übersetzung in umsetzbare Konzepte
 * Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zwischen Business und IT verständlich darzustellen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit bei Kunden zu schaffen
 * Freude daran, neue Themen aufzubauen, Marktpotenziale zu bewerten und gemeinsam mit Sales und Portfolio Schwerpunkte zu entwickeln - ohne vorgegebenen Fokus
