 * Vermittler zwischen Kunden, Beratern und Entwicklung
 * Schreiben von XML-Dateien für Konfigurationen
 * Remote-Installationen und Updates
 * Bei Bedarf:
 * Erstellung von Berichten mit BIRT
 * Betreuung von Hostings-Instanzen
