This is a genuine blend of hands-on development and support - you'll spend your time writing, debugging and improving code, delivering new features and automations, and stepping in to troubleshoot live issues when they arise. Because you'll be dealing directly with internal teams, customers and technology partners, you'll need to be as comfortable explaining a fix to a non-technical stakeholder as you are writing it.
