 * Networking fundamentals, routing and troubleshooting
 * SolarWinds, SNMP or similar monitoring tools
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

 * Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700)
 * Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
 * Azure Virtual Machines, SSO, MFA and SAML
 * Hyper-V, FortiGate and Mimecast
 * ITIL Foundation
 * Cyber Security interest or experience
 * Legal applications such as iManage, Aderant or BigHand

## Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a modern technology estate, supporting infrastructure projects, cloud adoption initiatives and the ongoing evolution of critical business systems. You'll join a collaborative team working across the UK and internationally, with exposure to technologies including Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms., * Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services

 * Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to BAU support
 * Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
 * Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery procedures
 * Contribute to infrastructure projects and service improvement initiatives
 * Participate in out-of-hours support when required
