Desirable * Experience working with NHS organisations or wider healthcare bodies. * Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7 or SNOMED. * Experience with Secure Data Environments (SDEs) or research data platforms. * Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models. * Experience developing reusable offerings, accelerators or go-to-market propositions. ## Description We're looking for a Data & AI Lead to join a growing consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation across the healthcare and public sectors. This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership, client engagement and strategic consulting, helping organisations unlock the value of their data through modern platforms and AI. While healthcare experience is important, we're open to candidates from the wider Public Sector who have delivered at least one significant healthcare programme and are looking to build on that experience. The Opportunity You'll work with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, shape new opportunities and design innovative Data & AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. From early client engagement through to successful delivery, you'll provide architectural leadership and trusted technical advice across complex transformation programmes. Alongside delivery, you'll help develop new offerings, contribute to business growth and mentor consultants within an expanding Data & AI practice.
