You'll bring a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring spaces to life., * Lead the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept to completion * Build strong client relationships and present design concepts with confidence * Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables * Mentor junior designers and support team development * Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, AV, lighting, etc.) * Produce and review drawings, documentation, and construction details * Support site activities, RFIs, and construction administration * Contribute fresh ideas and uphold high design standards * Champion inclusive, thoughtful design solutions, You'll gain exposure to the design and construction industry in an agile and collaborative global firm.
