## About the Role

Do you have experience in Version control?, We are seeking an energetic and motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic software development team to support the design, development, integration, and ongoing support of a new financial module titled 'Budget vs Actual' within existing systems. This personnel will function as staff augmentation and will be fully integrated into the CareerTech development team., * 3-7 years of relevant development experience

 * Strong proficiency in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
 * Experience working within Agile development environments
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions

Technical Skills Required:

 * This is an expansion module for an existing React.js application - but experience with other front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular (or AngularJS) can be considered
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end development practices
 * Experience with HTML and CSS styling
 * Experience integrating front-end applications with .NET / .NET Core back-end services
 * Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
 * Experience with source control and work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps

* Work with an Agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine user requirements
 * Design, develop, and implement applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and MS SQL Server
 * Participate in and contribute to peer reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
 * Support deployment, release management, and production systems
 * Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
