Architecte Diplômée Faup - Patrimoine Logement Collectif Équipements Publics - Recherche Poste en Agence ou MOA Île-De-France H/F

## Description

Architecte diplômée de la FAUP (Master, mention très bien), membre de l'Ordre des Architectes du Portugal, je recherche un poste en agence d'architecture ou en maîtrise d'ouvrage en Île-de-France.

Mon parcours s'est construit sur des contextes exigeants : réhabilitation d'un patrimoine bâti classé UNESCO (diagnostic, Avant-Projets, instruction de dossiers de financement public), logement collectif neuf, équipements publics (collège, école maternelle) et aménagement retail à l'international, jusqu'au dossier d'exécution.

Quelques compétences acquises : conception ESQ à DCE, participation à des appels à concours, diagnostic technique du bâti existant, réglementations françaises (ERP, PMR, sécurité incendie, PLU), instruction de dossiers de financement public, coordination avec les bureaux d'études.
