## About the Role

Formation Bac + 2 minimum, vous avez idéalement une première expérience au sein d'un service informatique support des utilisateurs d'une entreprise.

## Description

Sous la responsabilité de notre DSI et en collaboration étroite avec les équipes informatiques, vous accompagnez les différents projets d'amélioration et de déploiement des systèmes d'information au sein de nos différents sites du groupe.

Les objectifs du poste sont :

Délivrer un service technique informatique de proximité aux utilisateurs des sites.
Maintenir les systèmes d'informations présents sur les sites.

Les missions :

Assistance technique aux utilisateurs sur les sites du groupe et à distance.
Gestion et traitements des incidents et demandes informatiques sous la supervision du responsable informatique groupe.
Installation et dépannage des postes utilisateurs (laptop, desktop, thin client), des équipements infrastructures (serveurs, switchs, firewall, wifi).
Participation active dans les projets des SI (infrastructure et applications).
Garantir les sauvegardes de données effectuées localement.
Assurer la formation des utilisateurs sur les sujets techniques selon les besoins.
Organisation et mise à jour de la documentation des systèmes d'information.
