Intégré.e au sein de l'un de nos clients grands comptes vous aurez pour mission de :

 - Traiter les incidents applicatifs et utilisateurs
 - Suivre les demandes MOA
 - Mettre en recette l'intégration des versions
 - Rédiger les besoins et anticiper les dysfonctionnements applicatifs
 - Tester la recevabilité des environnements et d'intégration de nouvelle version
 - Effectuer des résolutions d'incidents de N2 (relancer des batch, redresser des données de production, analyser les logs), Dans une ambiance alliant travail et convivialité, votre équipe de managers se chargera de vous suivre tout au long de votre carrière chez Infotel et saura vous accompagner dans votre progression au sein du Groupe.
