 - Esprit d'équipe et bonne humeur bienvenue
 - Vous êtes éligible à une formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation)

## Description

Réceptionner et gérer les demandes des utilisateurs (incidents, appels, mails)

 - Assurer le pré-diagnostic et orienter vers le bon niveau de support
 - Traiter les dysfonctionnements de premier niveau sur les postes de travail
 - Suivre et relancer les incidents, analyser les tendances récurrentes
 - Communiquer avec les utilisateurs et vulgariser les solutions techniques
 - Gérer le parc informatique et la téléphonie (VOIP, mobile)
 - Déployer des outils collaboratifs auprès des clients externes
 - Accompagner et former les utilisateurs sur les aspects logiciels et matériels
 - Contribuer à la sécurité du SI et effectuer un reporting régulier
