 - Traiter les incidents et demandes via ServiceNow
 - Intervention en mode planifié
Incidents :

 - Périmètre poste de travail - imprimantes - scanner et switch
 - Préparation de postes
 - Remasterisation si besoin
 - Réinstallation /swap de switch sur procédures
 - intervention sur bornes Wifi sur procédures
 - Etre les yeux et les mains de l'équipe réseau si besoin.
 - Brassage de prise réseau si besoin
Demandes :

 - Prise en compte de la demande
 - Analyse de celle-ci
 - Escalade si besoin vers niveau concerné
 - Coordination opérationnelle de 2 ou 3 acteurs si besoin
