## About the Role

Essential:

 * 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex or enterprise environment.
 * Strong experience with Advanced Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Object Manager, sharing architecture and Salesforce security.
 * Experience working within a regulated environment.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, environments and release management.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Experience mentoring or technically guiding other team members.

Desirable:

 * Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
 * Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP or Experience Cloud.
 * Experience with tools such as Gearset, Copado or FormAssembly.
 * Agile/product-led technology experience.
 * Charity or nonprofit sector experience.

## Description

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:

 * Lead the configuration and governance of complex Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Lightning Pages, sharing and user management.
 * Own Salesforce security, permissions and least-privilege access.
 * Lead declarative release management, sandbox strategy and deployment processes.
 * Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
 * Champion a declarative-first approach and help reduce technical debt.
 * Lead significant configuration projects from scoping through to release.
 * Support testing, UAT and incident resolution.
 * Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Salesforce Administrators.
 * Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews and continuous improvement.
