* Experience in server-side development i.e. NodeJs, TypeScript
 * Familiarity with NestJS
 * Experience in a fast-paced or high growth environment
 * Experience with GIT, Docker, VS Code
 * Experience with unit and integration testing using Jest
 * Understanding of CI/CD principles.
 * Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
 * Strong problem solver
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The client is a fast growing SaaS business. As a NodeJS Backend Developer you will focus on outcomes rather than just activity. You will own the delivery of backend features end-to-end by writing clean, well-tested code that meets a high standard of quality and performance in production.

NodeJS Software Developer - Responsibilities

 * Deliver backend features end-to-end (design to delivery, production-ready code) in a fast-moving agile team
 * Write scalable, high-performance server-side code in NodeJS and TypeScript
 * Build and contribute to microservices; take ownership of outcomes rather than wait to be directed
 * Write unit and integration tests that ensure code quality, reliability, and stability across releases
