## Description

Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence, this strategic leadership role will be responsible for ERP, IT, Digital Solutions, Data & Analytics, Automation and AI, with a particular focus on maximising the value of ERP systems to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and business performance.

This is a highly visible role, requiring regular engagement with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth.

You will lead the organisation's digital strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring systems, data and digital solutions are aligned to business objectives and delivering measurable value., * Defining and delivering the digital and ERP strategy.

 * Leading the ongoing optimisation, development and governance of ERP and business-critical systems.
 * Driving digital transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
 * Developing data, analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
 * Ensuring technology platforms remain secure, resilient and scalable.
 * Managing strategic technology projects, suppliers and investment plans.
 * Leading and developing a high-performing Digital team.
 * Acting as a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
