We are recruiting for a well-established professional services organisation in Newark, Nottinghamshire, seeking a proactive 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join its internal IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong 1st and 2nd line support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users and taking ownership of technical issues from start to finish. The Role As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to users across multiple offices, covering hardware, software, devices, user accounts, connectivity and business applications. You will also support wider IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration and project work.
