## About the Role

* Strong experience as an AWS Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar.
 * Strong hands-on AWS and cloud platform engineering experience.
 * Experience across platform operations, infrastructure or internal/developer platforms.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, process improvement or business-analysis-adjacent activities.
 * Comfortable working cross-functionally and bringing different teams together.
 * A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a complex environment.

## Description

We're looking for an experienced AWS Platform Engineer who can operate across both the technical and stakeholder sides of the project.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll be expected to understand technical challenges, identify gaps and work with different teams to find practical solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Scale and evolve an AWS-based platform to support wider organisational adoption.
 * Work hands-on across platform engineering and cloud operations.
 * Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.
 * Identify gaps across platforms, processes and ways of working and recommend improvements.
 * Act as a bridge between different technical and operational teams.
 * Contribute to platform strategy, continuous improvement and operational processes.
 * Help turn complex requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
