This is an opportunity to help shape a growing enterprise platform that supports both business-as-usual service delivery and strategic project initiatives across the firm. Overview The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Product Owner, technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable and upgrade-safe platform solutions.
