* Experience in a customer-facing technical position

## Description

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside the commercial team throughout the sales process, acting as the technical specialist and trusted advisor for prospective customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Delivering engaging product demonstrations tailored to individual customer challenges
 * Leading technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and existing technology landscapes
 * Explaining how the platform integrates with wider systems and data environments
 * Supporting technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design discussions
 * Responding to technical questions throughout the sales cycle
 * Contributing to proposal, RFP, and tender submissions
 * Collaborating with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
 * Using AI and modern tools to improve research, preparation, and customer engagement activities
 * Keeping up to date with technology trends and developing deep product expertise
