What You'll Be Doing

 * Own Crest day-to-day.
 * Support users, permissions, and access.
 * Investigate issues and manage escalations.
 * Liaise with specialist technology suppliers.
 * Make controlled system and workflow changes.
 * Support Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
 * Improve automation and reporting.
 * Contribute to ERP specification and rollout planning.
