## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von EDV-Systemen, PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten
 * Betreuung und Überwachung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten sowie Zugriffsrechten
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerk- und Serveradministration (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
 * Dokumentation von Prozessen, Installationen und Supportfällen
 * Anwenderbetreuung und Unterstützung bei IT-Fragen
