## Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Systems Architect & Programmer Analyst to lead and deliver on hybrid deployments, development, and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will combine architecture expertise with hands-on development for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, while coordinating infrastructure and IT service operations. This is a blended role requiring strong technical leadership, practical coding abilities, and a focus on customer-facing services., * Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions integrated with Azure and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portal, Power Pages)

 * Provide complex application support, incident resolution, and proactive problem management
 * Collaborate across infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure robust architecture and performance
 * Serve as a technical customer service analyst, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
 * Maintain documentation, adhere to ITIL practices, and pursue ongoing Microsoft certifications
