## About the Role

Looking for an experienced FHIR/HL7 Integration Engineer with strong healthcare interoperability experience to support FHIR-based integration and healthcare platform modernization., * Strong Healthcare & Interoperability experience.

 * Hands-on HL7 and FHIR R4 experience.
 * Experience with FSH, SUSHI, and IG Publisher.
 * FHIR validation and troubleshooting experience.
 * Strong understanding of FHIR profiles, extensions, slicing, and terminology.
 * TypeScript or Java experience is preferred.

## Description

* Lead HL7 and FHIR integration initiatives.
 * Design and maintain FHIR R4 profiles, extensions, and terminology.
 * Work with FHIR resources for Member, Provider, Claims, and Enrollment.
 * Create FHIRPath invariants, slicing, and constraints.
 * Work with FSH and SUSHI for FHIR implementation guides.
 * Build and publish implementation guides using IG Publisher.
 * Design CodeSystems and ValueSets and manage terminology bindings.
 * Perform FHIR validation and troubleshoot StructureDefinition errors.
 * Use Git, PRs, and CI/CD pipelines for FHIR builds.
