## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
 * At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
 * Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
 * 3+ years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
 * Hands on experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applications., * Workday Compensation Certified. Workday HCM Functional Knowledge.
 * Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
 * Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting related to compensation.
 * Familiarity with global compensation structures and compliance requirements. Overview

## Description

* Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.
 * Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.
 * Configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.
 * Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
 * Ensure compliance with compensation policies and organizational standards.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.
 * Provide guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday.
 * Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
 * Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
