## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT technician, desktop support, service desk, or similar technical support role.

 * Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft365, Windows, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, Duo or MFA platforms, VPN, SharePoint, server and endpoint patching processes, and common enterprise applications.

 * Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, endpoint hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, basic networking, and remote support tools.

 * Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory, asset records, shipping activity, equipment tracking, and multiple concurrent priorities.

 * Ability to respond quickly to urgent technical issues, outages, access problems, and suspected security incidents while following documented procedures.

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate appropriately when needed.

 * Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document work clearly and communicate professionally with users and technical teams.

 * Excellent customer service skills with a calm, professional, and policy-driven approach to support.

 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company, employee, customer, and security-related information.

 * Ability to lift, move, package, and ship IT equipment as required for deployments, returns, inventory management, and facility operations.

 * Occasional travel to corporate sites may be required.
