Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ## Description Saab, Inc. is seeking a Field Service/Technical Support Engineer to provide outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, solutions-focused, and committed to resolving customer issues. A positive outlook, strong collaboration skills, and a desire to help others are essential for success in this role., * Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support to customers across multiple complex systems. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked and/or wireless systems. * Resolve complex issues independently or in collaboration with others, as needed. * Respond to situations where first-line technicians are unable to isolate or resolve issues with malfunctioning equipment or software. * Identify and report design, reliability, and maintenance issues, as well as software bugs, to design and software engineering teams. * Interact frequently with customers to provide technical support and develop strong relationships. * Support additional company functions, including customer installations and training, as needed. * Travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 25% annually (approximately 2 - 4 trips per quarter).
