## About the Role

configuration, or support of timekeeping, payroll, and/or Workday software projects. o Specific knowledge / experience with Paid Time Off, Leave of Absence, Leave Accruals is desired * Must demonstrate expertise in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions * Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of software solutions. * Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and external third parties Qualifications you must have * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. * 10+ years' working experience and knowledge of Business Services business processes and technical system knowledge, Business analysis, HR and Payroll IT domain knowledge, Requirements gathering, Agile, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Business Requirements Documentation, Primary Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: * Creating business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps. * Designing solutions to support non-standard work that meets business needs, workflow changes, and/or process re-engineering. * Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. * Partner with the other Benefits & EBS leads to ensure a common consistent process * Coordinate with SAP, operational, and business process SMEs across RTX * Leading the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensuring that they meet business requirements. * Assist in training users and providing ongoing support for new or updated systems. * Foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners * Assist project management with scheduling, resourcing, and change management activities.
