The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, monitoring, and data-intensive services, with a proven ability to own features throughout the complete software development lifecycle., 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong programming experience in Java.
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience building cloud-native applications/platforms.
Experience working with distributed systems and data-intensive services.
Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and observability.
Strong understanding of software development principles and the complete SDLC.
Proven experience taking features from proof of concept to production.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with distributed databases, messaging systems, and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and platform solutions.
Build and enhance microservices and distributed systems using Java and related technologies.
Develop containerized applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes.
Work with data-intensive services and distributed systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Implement application monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
Own features end-to-end, from proof of concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Follow best practices across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
