This individual will bring strong technical leadership and a passion for application development. The hourly pay for this role is between $50-60/hr * Spend the majority of time in a hands-on development role supporting internal platforms and multiple client applications * Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions including front-end UI, back-end logic, databases, and server configuration * Apply strong business analyst skills to understand client challenges and translate them into technical solutions * Participate in client meetings (~10% of time) to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and review progress * Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications following best practices in security, architecture, and data modeling * Manage and support SQL Server environments including configuration, migrations, backups, and performance optimization * Troubleshoot application, database, and server issues across different environments * Balance work across multiple projects, shifting priorities as client and business needs evolve We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
