## About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle DBA with strong hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in high availability, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database architecture.

Key Requirements:

 * Strong experience in Oracle RAC administration, troubleshooting, and performance management.
 * Hands-on expertise in SQL Performance Tuning, including SQL Tuning Advisor, execution plans, and SQL Plan Management.
 * Strong knowledge of Oracle Backup & Recovery and disaster recovery practices.
 * Experience with Oracle Data Guard and GoldenGate replication.
 * Good understanding of database/table design, architecture, and optimization.
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Exadata environments.
 * Experience supporting large-scale production databases and resolving complex database performance and availability issues.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
