Preferred Qualifications * Experience with HSM support, specifically Utimaco and Futurex. * Automation skills with Ansible. * Experience supporting multiple authentication methods like Kerberos or SiteMinder. * Excellent documentation skills using MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project. ## Description We are seeking a Production Support Engineer for an operational and engineering support role focused on messaging middleware. This position serves as a key liaison between production and development teams.
