* 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-grade ESXi servers and VMware server software.
 * Experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting large-scale VMware environments.
 * Expert knowledge of ESXi, VLAN, VMC, primary and secondary data center operations, and hybrid cloud environments.
 * Experience with VMware Aria Automation, Aria Orchestrator, and Aria Operations.
 * Strong experience with PowerShell and PowerCLI scripting.
 * Hands-on experience with on-premises data centers and AWS GovCloud.
 * Experience managing Kubernetes fleets using VKS, EKS, and/or Mirantis.
 * Strong VMware vSphere administration and cluster management experience.
 * Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and FISMA compliance.
 * Experience with security engineering, audit logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
 * Experience with application modernization and containerization.
 * Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure and services.
 * Experience with GitLab and Jira.
