Act as the primary strategic liaison between executive business stakeholders and technical leadership to conceptualize, define, and govern overarching system solutions. Set the overarching enterprise architecture vision and ensure all solutions align with the broader enterprise architecture framework. What you will do: Leadership & Mentorship * Direct, coach, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and strategic thinking. * Represent the EA organization at the executive level for application, data, and infrastructure domain-specific initiatives. Strategic Road mapping & Governance * Define, own, and drive enterprise platform roadmaps, technology lifecycles, and transformational initiatives across a wide and diverse portfolio. * Establish and enforce overarching standards, models, and guiding principles for future state architecture, organizational structure, business processes, and infrastructure. Consulting & Investment Strategy * Develop and present comprehensive business cases for high-level initiatives to C-level executives for approval, funding, and prioritization. * Lead complex M&A technology due diligence and integration planning. * Lead enterprise-level vendor selection processes and provide strategic recommendations for massive technology investments.
