## Description

* Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung komplexer IT-Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung und Eskalation von Fällen aus dem 1st-Level-Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Hard- und Software, Servern und Netzwerken
 * Betreuung von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen sowie gängigen Anwendungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Knowledge-Base-Artikeln
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Systemmigrationen
