## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 3-6 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or IT operations.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix systems, networking, and virtualization technologies.
 * Experience with Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
 * Understanding of system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

Preferred Skills / Duties

 * Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or VMware VCP.
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid IT environments.
 * Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Experience with IT security, endpoint management, and compliance frameworks.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced IT environment.

## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise applications.
 * Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization; proactively resolve issues.
 * Implement security measures, patches, and updates to protect systems and data.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory or similar platforms.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
 * Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to deploy new systems, upgrades, and migrations.
 * Monitor and manage network devices, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity issues.
 * Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training as needed.
 * Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and system optimization projects.
 * Stay updated with emerging technologies, IT best practices, and cybersecurity trends.
