This role will serve as the first line of support for employees experiencing technical issues and will help ensure our users, devices, and systems remain productive and operational. The Help Desk Technician will handle user support requests, assist with hardware and software setup, troubleshoot common technical issues, and help maintain our IT systems and documentation.
