The position assists with system implementation, configuration, monitoring, documentation, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement while developing expertise in IT/OT technologies, standards, and best practices. The IT/OT Systems Engineer I will partner with manufacturing support to provide 99.999 uptime objectives to all systems used by the plant operations. Managing incidents with a sense of urgency and provide updates to management is required. The IT/OT Systems Engineer I should be resourceful, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. This role also requires patience and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and end users.
