* Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript
 * A portfolio showing WebGL / real-time 3D work (campaigns, labs, interactive sites-anything goes)
 * You know how to keep things fast: profiling, optimisation, and performance constraints in the browser
 * You can translate a creative idea into a build: taste + technical execution
 * Comfortable in a fast-paced, idea-led environment where quality matters

Nice-to-haves (not deal-breakers)

 * GLSL / shader experience
 * Motion / animation background (or strong animation sensibility)
 * Experimental interactive work-playgrounds, prototypes, side projects
 * Agency / studio experience on campaign-led builds

## Description

* 12-month contract extendable, fully remote working as long as UK citizen
 * You'll ship work that's public, premium, and global-not hidden behind a login
 * You'll collaborate with people who care about craft as much as delivery
 * You'll have room to experiment and help shape what modern web storytelling looks like
