Accountable for supporting execution of the firm's AI and digital transformation initiatives through hands-on workflow analysis, solution enablement, and user adoption support. The Senior Advisor: AI Transformation is a hybrid advisory and delivery role within the IT Strategy and Transformation organization. This role partners closely with business services teams, practice groups, and enablement partners to identify workflow challenges, design practical AI-enabled solutions, and guide users through adoption and change. The role blends use-case discovery, process analysis, solution coordination, and emerging technology awareness to deliver meaningful productivity and client service improvements.
