* 5-15 years of relevant experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dataset design, and dashboard UX collaboration.
 * Deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern Microsoft BI/data pipeline tooling used daily.
 * Proficiency with SQL/SQL Server and working with production data systems.
 * Solid understanding of enterprise BI architecture, data movement, governance, and scalable reporting.

## Description

* Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines bringing data from multiple systems into the company\'s data environment with strong consistency and integrity.
 * Support a modern Microsoft analytics stack using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to create and optimize data models and datasets.
 * Partner with stakeholders to deliver and refine Power BI dashboards that answer evolving business questions.
 * Integrate data sources such as SQL Server, Salesforce-based systems (including Litify), and other operational systems, contributing to scalable reporting solutions.
