## Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of our next-generation web applications. You will work on massive-scale systems that power Walmart s e-commerce and retail platforms. You will collaborate with product, data science, and design teams to build high-performance tools and services used by millions of people., * Architect Systems: Design and build scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and GraphQL.

 * Lead Strategy: Set the technical direction for front-end architecture, API design, and data orchestration layers.
 * Optimize Performance: Ensure applications are highly responsive, accessible, and optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
 * Mentor Engineers: Guide and coach mid-level and senior engineers through code reviews, design docs, and technical pairing.
 * Drive Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to turn complex business requirements into clean, functional code.
